Cardboard Cat

Cardboard Cat is an electronic music project from California producers and songwriters Tyson Motsenbocker and Jane Orwell. Using vintage sequencers and synthesizers to wobbly quarter-inch tape machines, Orwell's soft vocal performances marry the analog with the modern, the bold with the fragile, and the nostalgic with the modern. Both producers are longtime veterans to the stage and the studio, with work included in NPR's best new music and KEXP Listener Favorites.
